Our heated mat room uses full-spectrum infrared panels that warm the body at a deeper level - rather than simply heating the air.
This allows for:

Red Light Therapy
Not all light is created equal.
Our ceilings are embedded with advanced multi-spectrum light technology, combining red, near-infrared, and blue wavelengths that interact directly with cellular function.

Powered by a commercial-grade steam humidification system designed for performance environments, this creates clean, consistent moisture and evenly distributed air across the entire room.

Himalayan Salt Wall
Integrated into the Burn Room, our Himalayan salt wall is designed to support air quality and create a more balanced, breathable environment during heated classes.
Coco House is the first studio to incorporate this level of environmental design directly into a performance space - bringing together movement and atmosphere in a way that goes beyond the traditional studio experience.
As heat interacts with the salt surface, it helps reduce airborne irritants while creating a cleaner, more refined environment for every session.
And unintentionally, it became our signature studio moment.
Dragon Tree (Dracaena)
Our signature studio tree, known for helping improve indoor air quality, supporting oxygen flow, and creating a calming, grounded environment.
Beyond function, it brings a sense of calm and natural presence into the room, reinforcing the connection between movement, breath, and environment.

Integrated into our signature marble sinks beneath the Coco House logo, our alkaline filtration system delivers clean, purified water to support hydration, recovery, and overall balance.
Designed as part of the experience - whether you’re refilling your bottle or resetting between classes.
Supports hydration, helps maintain pH balance, and promotes recovery after high-intensity movement.
Sauna Heat + Aromatic Steam
A top-of-the-line sauna heater, integrated into our secondary Himalayan salt wall, is activated at the end of each class with water and eucalyptus oils.
This creates a warm, purified steam that refreshes the air, supports recovery, and resets the nervous system - leaving behind a clean, signature scent.
A subtle, grounding touch as you take those final deep breaths at the end of class.
Supports circulation, promotes muscle release, and helps the body transition into recovery post-session.
Clean Without Compromise
Afterglow™ (Signature Coco House System)
A custom, multi-purpose cleaning spray developed in-house and used by our team to meticulously clean every mat and prop — after every class.
Formulated with non-toxic, plant-based ingredients, including tea tree for its natural antibacterial properties and lemon oil to break down residue and refresh the space, Afterglow™ is designed to clean effectively without harsh chemicals.
Powerful enough to break down sweat, oils, and bacteria - yet gentle enough to protect every surface. Cleanliness is part of the method - not something we overlook.
Plant-Based Equipment Care (Sculpt Lab)
Our reformers and equipment are maintained using plant-based wipes, non-toxic cleaning system designed to effectively break down sweat, bacteria, and oils without harsh chemical residue.
